Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using EVRINT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What EVRINT Is

EVRINT is an AI companion platform designed for long-term, emotionally meaningful interaction. It includes a Normal mode and a Creative mode. Creative mode offers more open, unfiltered conversation and is intended for adults (18+) only.

3. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We collect your date of birth at signup to determine eligibility and apply age-appropriate restrictions.

• Under 18: You may use Normal mode only. Creative mode is disabled for your account.
• 18 and over: You may use both Normal and Creative modes.

Providing a false date of birth to bypass these restrictions is a violation of these Terms.

4. Creative Mode

Creative mode allows more open, unfiltered conversation for adults. Whether and how you use it is entirely your choice. It is available only to accounts confirmed to be 18 or older, and the usage rules below still apply.

You may not use EVRINT (in any mode) for:

• Any sexual or romantic content involving minors — real or fictional, in any form
• Asking the AI to role-play as, or present itself as, a child or minor (including age-play)
• Non-consensual acts involving real people
• Illegal activities in your jurisdiction
• Content that promotes real-world harm or violence

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We will not proactively read your Creative conversations unless we have reason to believe the rules are being broken.

4a. Minor-Safety Policy (Zero Tolerance)

The sexualization of minors — and any attempt to make the AI act as a minor — is strictly prohibited and enforced automatically and without exception.

Attempts are blocked in real time and result in escalating consequences:

• 1st violation: the message is blocked and you receive a formal warning.
• 2nd violation: a 1-hour chat lockout.
• 3rd violation: a 24-hour chat lockout.
• 4th violation: a 7-day lockout and your account is flagged for review.
• Further violations: indefinite lockout and possible permanent ban.

Flagged conversations are logged and may be reviewed by our moderation team. If you believe a block was a mistake, you may submit an appeal from the chat screen, which a human will review. Strikes are not erased by a timer; they decay only after a long period of clean behavior, and serious violations may be retained.

5. Your Data & Memories

You own your conversations and memories. We provide tools to view, edit, export, and delete them.

When you delete data, it is removed from our active systems. Some metadata may remain for security and legal compliance for a limited time.

6. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Do not use EVRINT to impersonate real people in harmful ways.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overwhelm the service.

7. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans give you increased limits, full memory access, priority support, and data export.

You can cancel at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except in cases of clear service failure on our end.

8. No Sudden Feature Removals (Our Promise)

We will not arbitrarily remove Creative mode access or core memory features from existing paid subscribers the way some other companion apps have done in the past. If we ever need to make major changes, we will communicate clearly and give users time to adjust.

9. Limitation of Liability

EVRINT is an AI companion. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or crisis service. Do not rely on it for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

We are not responsible for any emotional distress, decisions you make based on conversations with EVRINT, or any other indirect damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days in advance when possible.
